Give selected agents permission to add announcements to your portal

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      There are currently two settings available:

      1. Yes, agents can add announcements to this portal
        No, only project administrators can add announcements to this portal
      2. Project admins can choose to allow agents to add announcements themselves.

      We have quite a few agents and only want a few to be able to add/update/remove the announcements on our portal. It would be great to have the ability to select users / groups that are allowed to add announcements to the portal.
