We appreciate that there are some technical challenges behind this request, since when the Forge app gets uninstalled it's no longer possible to communicate to it, but some apps need a way to be notified when they get removed.

One use case is when the app integrates with other external services and they must unsubscribe their webhooks when the app is no longer installed. Another use case is when some data needs to be destroyed due to regulatory requirements.

As alternative, we could also consider a pre-uninstall event that would still be possible to flow through the regular invocation mechanism.

This is already tracked as Lifecycle event for uninstallations (FRGE-1246) (I lack permission to create a regular issue link).
