    Description

      Pull request synchronization was introduced from 1.4.4.0. Users who upgraded from pre-1.4.4.0 versions will not have the PR Hook configured for their existing repositories. Thus they will not received PR events from BB/GitHub.

      PR would still be sync-ed as part of the hourly synchronization. But this could cause a delay of seeing the update on the Development panel for up to one hour.

      Workaround: unlinking and re-linking the affected repos will install the PR Hook.

      Looks like this affects about an estimated of 90% of OnDemand customers, as we only pushed a version containing the PR sync feature in 1.4.15 in January 2014. So only customers who signed up after 1.4.15 was deployed will have the PR webhook setup properly.
