Add indexes to tables

Details

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

    Description

      Most of the tables in this plugin do not have proper indices. This causes queries on large tables to be slow. Sometimes that slowness causes the DVCS Connector to stop working and affects DCON-338.

      We want to add indices to the tables, based on the usage patterns in the code.
