Problems when creating users from JIRA/Confluence in internal Crowd directories

      While attempting to create a user from JIRA using a delegated directory with the jira application in Crowd, exceptions are thrown. In Confluence, the same problem occurs in both delegated AND internal directories. See attached logs.
