The crowd-ehcache.xml file in
{CROWD}/client/conf throws exceptions when used with Confluence 2.7.x:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.atlassian.crowd.integration.cache.CacheManagerImpl$CacheManagerHolder at com.atlassian.crowd.integration.cache.CacheManagerImpl.getInstance(CacheManagerImpl.java:66)
Reverting to the attached crowd-ehcache.xml (using the default-cache) resolves the issue.
