Allow admin to designate local Crowd groups for auto-assignment on creation/import of users.

      At present users must be manually added by the admin to different groups. It would be nice to be able to pre-select groups for auto-assignment.

      The Current Work-around:

      If you have a JIRA instance using Crowd, you can add your users via JIRA. JIRA has the following feature http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/latest/group_management.html#automatic_group_membership which will automatically add users to a list of given groups.
