Apache connector doesn't cache group membership lookups

The Apache connector needs to get the principal's group memberships when working out authorisation for subversion. All the other SOAP calls to Crowd are cached by the connector but this one (findGroupMemberships) isn't. The result can be slow performance browsing svn repositories (see CWDSUP-650).

A principal's group membership should be cached as well.
