      Issue Summary

      Accessing service account URL directly through a non-admin account results in Too Many redirects error rather then a meaningful error page

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login through non-admin account
      2. Access url http://127.0.0.1:8095/crowd/plugins/servlet/service-accounts?page=1

      Expected Results

      A meaningful error like-not allowed or permitted

      Actual Results

      The page isn't redirecting properly

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
