Actual Result
The color contrast for the border of the Checkboxes such as "Use node referrals", "Manage user status locally", "Manage groups locally", "Use nested groups" and so on present in the main content area lacks a minimum color contrast ratio i.e. 3:1.
Foreground:#BBBBBB
Background:#FFFFFF
Ratio:1.9:1
This will make it difficult for people with low vision and color blindness to distinguish the form controls that have insufficient contrast.
Expected Results
The contrast ratio between the foreground border color of the input fields(checkboxes) and the adjacent color should be 3:1.
