Consider renaming "whitelist" and "blacklist" to "allow-list" and "deny-list"

Problem:
The use of racially charged terms like "whitelist" and "blacklist" connotate goodness and badness to specific colors, which can be exclusionary and offensive.

Solution:
Use non-exclusionary terms instead. I suggest allow-list and deny-list. This change should be made in product as well as in our documentation.
