jira fetches ALL groups from Crowd instead of just those in the crowd group definition for the application

    Description

      I have an Active Directory installation with >1600 groups. I create a crowd directory for this and then an application definition for jira that uses it. I added 5 groups from the directory to the crowd application definition.

      Over in Jira, however, all 1600 groups show up in the group functions. Crowd should only return groups to Jira that were associated with the application in its crowd definition.
