Update Crowd documentation for Configuring Azure Active Directory with latest configuration on Azure Portal

      The Crowd documentation for Configuring Azure Active Directory https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowd033/configuring-azure-active-directory-967874392.html is using an outdated configuration that is no longer available on Azure Portal.

      This trigger confusion for customer as they could no longer found the option such as API ACCESS and Native Application type in the Azure Portal.

            Also there are no docs covering the necessity to trust CA trust anchors as pre-requisite to connecting to Azure endpoints.
