      Issue Summary

      Saving SSO settings for an application without making any changes creates an audit log entry.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the View Application view
      2. Navigate to the SSO tab
      3. Save the form without making any changes

      Expected Results

      There are no new entries in the audit log.

      Actual Results

      An empty audit log entry is added.

       

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
