Felix:Startup WARN messages in logs

      Issue Summary

      During Startup, many Felix WARN messages are observed.  These appear to be harmless, but can be confusing when investigating issues or trying to determine if the startup went smoothly.

       

      Example

      The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
