Problem Statement

'Password will expire' notification is sent instead of the expired password with '- days'

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Directories > Select the 'Directory' > Configuration
2. Set the details as below:
   
3. Go to a test user account >*Attributes
4. Set the 'passwordLastChanged' to 24th Dec 2018 as below:
   

Actual Outcome:

'Password will expire' notification sent to the user eventhough the password has expired (with '-' days to expire):

Expected Outcome

Notifications must not be sent out for expired passwords.
