    Description

      Problem Definition

If we change the Crowd application password, the crowd.properties file is not updated accordingly, which generates an exception due to wrong credentials.

      Suggested Solution

Update the crowd.properties file when the password is updated through the UI.

      Why this is important

It's the expected behaviour to be updated in both places (database and in the file), so when we update the password and we cannot log into Crowd any longer, it's a problem.

Also, to fix it we have to restart the application either way, which is not good for production.
