Clicking 'Revert to defaults' on the 'Logging & profiling' screen stops logging to logfile

When clicking the 'Revert to defaults' on the 'Logging & profiling' screen the logging system is not reconfigured properly, and all logging to the default logfile stops.

We need to:

• make sure com.atlassian.crowd.console.logging.CrowdHomeLogAppender#switchAppender is called when doing com.atlassian.crowd.console.action.options.UpdateLoggingProfiling#updateLogging
• make sure to close the inputstream in com.atlassian.crowd.console.action.options.UpdateLoggingProfiling#updateLogging
