Logs indicate that an incremental sync is attempted even when it's disabled

When triggering a synchronisation of a remote directory from the UI, the logs will indicate that an incremental synchronisation is attempted, even when the directory is configured not to synchronise incrementally. Incremental synchronisation never occurs, but the logs are misleading and indicate that it could happen.
