      Similar to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-39785 , but for Crowd.

      Currently we ship 150 maxhttp threads and 30 db connections to Server by default. We are in the process of changing our Cloud settings to more closely match what we recommend customers set in our docs. We should also ship more closely matched settings to Server.
