Unable to login using MD5 directory password encryption

Steps to reproduce :

1. Create a Crowd Internal Directory and set the Password Encryption to MD5
2. Create a user under that directory.
3. Add the directory into the Crowd application and allow all to authenticate.
4. User cannot login.

• Error message shown on GUI : Invalid Login
• Error message in the logs

Crowd upgrade from 2.7.x (with MD5 directory) to 2.8.3 disables the users from logging due to this bug.
