Crowd should aggregate multiple groups of the same name in an LDAP directory

      Currently, if LDAP contains multiple groups with the same name, then both groups are rejected, which means the group and all the memberships disappear for a cached directory.

      Instead, Crowd should aggregate all groups with the same name so a membership to any of those groups constitutes membership of that group in Crowd.
