Crowd client library doesn't send requests with already encrypted passwords

The addUser method allows for passwords to be already encrypted. However, when the UserEntity is created for such a request (with a PasswordCredential object holding an already encrypted password) it disregards that and instead creates a request that indicates an unencrypted password to Crowd.
