Retry requests if an LDAP connection fails or times out

      Sometimes a stale connection, which was closed on the LDAP side, but for some reason not removed from the Crowd Connection Pool (for example because of a lost packet), can be used by Crowd. This will cause requests made on this connection to fail or time out.
      In this case an automatic retry on a new connection would be useful.
