    Description

      The entity tag for membership requests (CWD-4037) can result in requests that take longer before the header is served.

      Add more logging, to include:

      • DEBUG logging of how long handling the request took
      • INFO logging of long-running overall requests and memberships of specific groups
      • DEBUG logging if an entity tag is being generated
