The Crowd user console should hide the profile update actions if the directory is read-only

If the user belongs to a read-only directory, the user cannot modify its profile via the Crowd user console. Any attempt to change the profile or the password will fail.

Prevent this error by hiding or disabling these options if the user is logged in through a read-only directory.
