    Description

Unable to map active/disabled attribute while doing CSV user import.

This is an essential feature that prevent migration to Crowd from other systems.

When migrating data from other systems inside JIRA and Confluence you will almost always have a big number of user accounts that cannot be mapped from the old system to the new ones.

In order for the imports to be successful you still need the old/invalid accounts inside the directory.

By missing this option the Crowd directory is polluted with all the old/invalid users that are created just so the migration will succeed.

As a side effect, people will start assigning tickets to invalid users with identical or similar names, just because the invalid ones are not marked accordingly.
