Add a "Application/Directory Configuration Summary" inside the Crowd UI

It would be nice to have a text summary for Applications and Directories that Crowd admins can easily copy/paste or downloaded as a file to send to Support.

Ideally it would capture:

• Application configurations (the stuff in cwd_application* tables)
• Directory configurations (the stuff in cwd_directory* tables)
• How applications are linked to directories (the stuff in cwd_app_dir* tables)
