    Description

      The FastDev plugin bundled when an application is run through AMPS currently breaks in Crowd. This means that we wait a minute for the plugin to fail before Crowd is usable.

      Expose the eventPublisher to plugins and make sure we cope with web Conditions without a default constructor.
