      As shown in the screenshot, Confluence's User Directory, trying to connect to Crowd. The log in Crowd side is incorrect:

      2012-03-23 18:06:41,037 http-8095-2 INFO [crowd.manager.validation.ClientValidationManagerImpl] Client with address "10.60.1.171", and hostname "confluence" is forbidden from making requests to the application, {2}.

      "confluence" is not the hostname but the application.
