You are approaching your user limit of null with xx users

When the number of users is approaching the license limit, Crowd pops out a warning at the home page of the Crowd Console:

Notice that the warning reads: "You are approaching your user limit of null with xx users".

This seems to be an issue with the license manager getting the license limit.

Reproduced on 2.0.7, 2.1.1, 2.3.4, so I believe this affects all released Crowd versions.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install any versions of Crowd
2. Get a Crowd license with limits around 50 or 100 users (does not matter, as long as it is not unlimited, but easier to reproduce with lower user limit)
3. Put in as many users as possible, until the warning pops up (usually around 46 users, for a 50 user license)
