Provide API to force copy of a user in DelegatedAuthenticationDirectory

    Description

      There are a few situations where a customer is using the DelegatedAuthenticationDirectory and it would be handy to force a copy of a particular user from the LDAP directory:

      • when using a custom authenticator that doesn't have access to the user's password
      • when migrating data from an earlier system that has 'local memberships' for a remote user that doesn't exist in the directory yet.

      We should expose a new method on the DelegatedAuthenticationDirectory to force a copy-or-update operation on a particular user and clone their information from LDAP into the internal directory.
