Default LDAP timeouts are set too high

By looking at Advanced Settings it seems that the following are the default timeouts:

Read Timeout (seconds): 120s
Search Timeout (seconds): 60s
Connection Timeout (seconds): 0 (Value of 0 means the TCP network timeout will be used, which may be several minutes.)

Such a high connection timeout makes the "Test Settings" button on Add directory really annoying if you get your settings wrong.

I suggest a much lower setting like maybe 5s for each.
