      Would it be possible to allow a certain crowd users to only access certain applications to allow them to control who has access to the application

            I think this might be better served by allowing certain crowd users to management membership in certain groups/roles. If this is implemented only as described then it is mostly useful if the application has a single access level (ie. you can access it or not and once in you have full access)
