Description
Prior to the 2.0 release of Crowd Group names were case sensitive in the Internal Directory. This meant that it was possible to have two groups with the same theoretical name 'CROWD-administrators' and 'crowd-administrators' in an internal directory. To fix this issue in 2.0 the decision was made to make all group names lowercase and have a uniqueness constraint on the groupname+directoryid to stop the ability to have two groups with the same name in Crowd.
Migrating our users to 2.0 it was decided that all groups would be lowercased on import and we would check for potential duplicates and die-hard if an error was found.
This can affect integrated apps that currently contain references to mixed-case group names.
