Help link is wrong after use of the "Add Group" wizard on the User "Groups" tab

    Description

      The new "Add Group" wizard on the User "Groups" tab changes the online help link for that tab.

      When you first enter the tab, the online help link points to "Editing a User's Group and Role Membership" as expected. But after using the group picker, the help link points to "Editing a User's Details and Password".
