Amalgamation is broken thanks to equals/hashcode using directoryId on directory entities - maybe we need application entities

    Description

      User and group amalgamation will not work until we have a domain model for the ApplicationService and higher that is not directory aware (ie. no directory ID on the entity).

      WARNING: THIS MUST BE FIXED BEFORE WE RELEASE 2.0 - DIRECTORY AMALGAMATION IS BROKEN
