Support renaming of users from LDAP directories in Crowd

    Description

      Currently renameUser and renameGroup will throw UnsupportedOperationExceptions.

      It would be nice to implement these on the SpringLDAPConnector and also cater for:

      • remote monitoring of rename events
      • cache update operations to support object renaming
