Hi Justin, I'm assigning this back to you. I've tested the new file as far as I can without the new UI stuff. Please would you let me know when the file and the new group auto-assign stuff are in a build, and I'll test it out again.

Note: If you do want to test it yourself, you'll need to change the version link at the top of the file.

I've attached a new version of help-paths.properties, updated for Crowd 2.0. I based it on the file from beta 2.

Here's an overview of the changes made:

            • Changed help prefix at top of file to point to version 2.0
            • Added link for help.application.view.users for the new "Users" tab on applications.
            • Changed link for help.application.view.optional (because there are now two options on the tab, so we can't link directly to the doc on enforcing lower case, as we did before)
            • Changed link for help.user.view.applications — there was a placeholder link here in the file from the beta 2 version.
            • Changed all links that currently point to Using+the+Group+Browser+and+Role+Browser because I will change the page name at 2.0 launch.
            • Changed all links that currently point to Viewing+Members+of+a+Group because I will change the page name at 2.0 launch.
            • Added 3 links like help.directory.connector.groups for the new default groups tab on the directories.

            Assumptions made:
I don't have a UI with the new function for auto-adding users to groups. I've made the following assumptions. Please adjust the file if necessary:

            • The directory screen ID (left-hand side of pair) will be like help.directory.internal.groups.
            • The tab will be there for all directory types.
            • The tab will not be there for help.directory.add....

            Hi Sarah,

When we know the link for the 'Users' screen in the Application view, could you let us know in this issue, so we can add it to the in-context help.

            Cheers,

            Justin
