Description
The subversion apache authorization module mod_authz_svn has a special check that allows the user to specify which parts of their repository should have anonymous access.
It works like this: If the apache config contains both the Satisfy Any and Require valid-user directives, then anonymous access is granted to the "*" user in the authorization file (see http://svnbook.red-bean.com/nightly/en/svn.serverconfig.pathbasedauthz.html).
The CrowdAuth and CrowdAuthz modules don't currently support this behavior.
