Context lines can be duplicated with Patch diff options.
Discovered while Unit testing and then reported by a customer (see https://support.atlassian.com/browse/CRC-448).
In some cases context lines can overlap causing a repeated line.
The number of Context lines displayed is incorrect too, one more line is displayed than requested.
