file names with "--" in their name will not be rendered properly in crucible reviews

Steps to reproduce.

1) Add some files in your repository with the following names:

file--blah.txt
file2--blah.txt
file3--blah.txt
filbl--ah.txt

2) Create a review and add these files to the review

The files will all be rendered on one line rather than line by line.

This is because we create comments as below:

<!-- Repo Link to  revision svn://URL/file--blah.txt@438 -->

I.e. the comment contains "--" and this is not handled by firefox.
