Cannot modify a comment after the context change

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a file comment/reply
2. Change the context size (View > Full context for example) or change the revision slider
3. Click "Edit" on the comment and try to submit the form.
4. You cannot perform any action on the comment as well as on all other comments of the same type - root comments or replies.
