Allow Assignee field in Inline Issue Creation

    Description

      When someone is working on a review and marking a comment in the review as a Defect, there should be a way of automatically / manually assigning the new JIRA ticket / defect to that person.

      Currently the Assignee field is not available, even if it's marked as required in JIRA side.
