Incorrect JIRA project selected when creating JIRA issue from Crucible review

Scenario:

• Application Link between FishEye/Crucible 3.9.1 and JIRA 6.4.11 using OAuth, and working as expected.
• Multiple projects in JIRA side. For example, PROJ1 - JIRA Project One and PROJ2 - JIRA Project Two.
• A project/entity link between a Crucible project and PROJ2.
• Create a review in that Crucible project, add files, and add a comment in file source.
• Try to create a JIRA issue from that comment by clicking the Create Issue link in the comment.
• The "Create issue" screen is retrieving all JIRA projects as expected, however:

Current:
JIRA project PROJ1 has been selected by default in the "Create issue" screen.

Expected:
JIRA project PROJ2 should have been selected by default, due to the project/entity link.
