Clicking a link in the review activity stream closes the activity stream

HTR:

1. Post a comment with a link
2. Click the link (tested with normal and cmd-click to open in new tab)

Expected

1. The link opens (either in new tab or the current), review doesn't perform any actions

Actual:

1. The link opens, but the review navigates to the comment and closes the activity stream
