      Steps to reproduce

      • fork this repo ssh://git@stash.dev.internal.atlassian.com:7999/~aborowski/qa-branches.git and add to your instance
      • create review and add content via "Browse Changesets" dialog.
      • observe that branch selector doesn't show all branches
