Creating a branch review through the create url never clears the url params, refreshing then tries to readd the content to the review

HTR:

1. Create a branch review via the create url (from JIRA for example) - https://fisheye.dev.internal.atlassian.com/cru/createReview?addContentMethod=method-track-branch&repositoryName=FE-git&reviewedBranch=3.9-FECRU-5700-fix-windows-ci-build-func-tests&origin=jiraissue
2. add the branch to the review
3. close the edit dialog
4. refresh the page

Expected:

• the review page is shown

Actual:

• the add branch window pops up again, trying to add the branch again
