"Create Review for All Commits" in JIRA Marks Added File as Modified in Review

Summary

If you use the Create review for all commits functionality from the JIRA development panel to create a review, with 3 or more commits, a newly added file may be marked as Modified in Crucible, which will place the sliders in the incorrect position, and instead show a diff.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create 3 commits linked to a JIRA issue, the first being a newly added file, and the other 2 being modifications to the added file.
2. In JIRA, in the development panel, select Create review for all commits.

Expected Results

A review should be created with the 3 revisions, and it should be marked as Added.

Actual Results

A review is created with the 3 revisions, and it is marked as Modified.

Workaround

Create the review manually in the Crucible UI.
