Error when trying to add the latest revision of a file to a Review if comment is present on previous revision

I change a file in git during a running code review. Normally Crucible will recognize this and offers me to update the file automatically. But this time it doesn't.

So trying to update the file thru

'Add content to review' -> 'Explore Repositories' -> "Choose File" -> "Choose Commit"

leads to the error:

Could not remove 'file_xxx.y' a6b…24. It has already been removed or it has comments.
